Who it's for

For the mental load that comes with breast cancer.

Ribbonside is for people who want a calmer way to organise treatment, recovery and appointment notes on their phone.

During treatment

Keep chemo, radiation, surgery, medications and appointments easier to find later.

Between appointments

Save questions, side effects, notes and photos before the week blurs and the next visit arrives.

When things get scattered

Bring notes, photos and treatment reminders out of scraps of paper and your camera roll.

Today

A quieter first screen.

Open Ribbonside and see what needs attention today, without hunting across notes, emails and screenshots.

04

Photos and milestones

Share

Share only what you choose.

Ribbonside keeps records private by default. When you need to bring information somewhere else, use exports or the records you choose to send.

01

Records PDF

Create a readable PDF summary with an active Ribbonside subscription. Photo and document files are listed but are not embedded in the PDF.

02

Data export

Export Data (JSON) is available to every signed-in Ribbonside account and includes raw records and available photo and document attachment data, subject to safety and size limits.

03

Keep a separate copy

Save exports securely somewhere outside your phone. Neither PDF nor JSON can currently be imported back into Ribbonside.

04

No background sharing

Ribbonside does not automatically give carers or anyone else access to your records. Exports only happen when you choose.

Vanessa during chemotherapy treatment

My Story

Why I built Ribbonside.

I was diagnosed with breast cancer in September 2025. After that came two surgeries, chemotherapy, radiation and now hormone blockers.

What I struggled with most was the amount of information I had to take in. There were protocols to follow, medication times to remember, appointments to prepare for, care team details to keep track of, questions to ask, and the constant anxiety that I would forget something important.

Chemo brain and fatigue made it harder. I was scribbling things everywhere. My camera roll, which used to be full of family photos, quickly became photos of healing issues, treatment issues and appointment reminders.

The idea for Ribbonside started during chemotherapy. In May 2026, with no tech experience, I began building it with AI and have funded it myself the whole way because I wanted a practical organiser for people going through this.

Private records on your device

Core health records, photos and documents you add are stored only on your device in Ribbonside's encrypted local vault. Ribbonside does not currently provide automatic backup or restore. Export your records regularly and save them somewhere outside your phone.

Plain-English help

What does this mean? is limited to short typed questions and general explanations. It is not personalised medical advice.

Clear user control

Delete local records, export your data, manage subscriptions through your app store, and revoke Apple Health access on iPhone at any time.
