Help with Ribbonside

Use this page for account help, subscription questions, privacy requests, or app support. You can also report a problem from inside the app.

We aim to reply within two business days. This inbox is not monitored 24/7.

When you email support or submit an in-app support issue, Ribbonside collects the details you provide, your contact details, and limited account/app context needed to respond, investigate, secure the service, and keep support records. Please do not include Medicare numbers, medical record numbers, full reports, or highly identifying health details unless they are genuinely needed for the support issue.

Ribbonside is a private organiser, not an emergency or medical support service. If you need urgent help in Australia, call Triple Zero (000), or contact your care team or hospital about treatment concerns.

Sign-in, PIN, and Face ID

If a sign-in code is delayed, use the newest code only. If PIN or Face ID is not working as expected, contact support with your device model and app version.

Subscriptions and refunds

Ribbonside Plus is billed through Apple. To cancel: iPhone Settings - Apple ID - Subscriptions - Ribbonside - Cancel Subscription. Refund requests are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com.

Account deletion and data

You can delete your account or erase the local health vault from the app's Account area. Deleting the app or account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.

Privacy and security requests

For privacy questions, access requests, correction requests, or security concerns, email support and include enough detail for us to identify your account. Please do not include Medicare numbers, medical record numbers, full reports, or highly identifying health details unless they are genuinely needed for the issue.

Apple Health

Ribbonside reads Apple Health data only if you allow it. You can change access in iPhone Settings - Privacy & Security - Health - Ribbonside.

What does this mean? is optional and gives general plain-English explanations. Do not enter names, Medicare numbers, medical record numbers, or full clinical reports.

Accessibility

If any part of Ribbonside is hard to use with your device settings or assistive technology, email support with your device, browser if relevant, and what happened.

Ribbonside is a personal organiser and general information tool. It does not diagnose, treat, monitor, predict, provide medical advice, or support clinical decision-making.
